SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

KonnectHub provides marketing, sales, customer communication, lead management, appointment scheduling, and customer support services for its clients and partner businesses.

As part of these services, KonnectHub may send SMS and MMS communications on behalf of its clients using communication systems, CRM platforms, and messaging providers including Ringover and related communication tools.

KonnectHub may disclose Personal Data and other information to third parties that help provide messaging services.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with third parties for purposes unrelated to supporting you in connection with those services.

We may share your Personal Data with third parties that assist us in delivering messaging services, including but not limited to:

  • Violations of applicable laws related to your use of messaging services

11. Participation Requirements

To participate in our SMS services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Own or control a mobile device capable of two-way messaging
  • Subscribe to a wireless carrier supporting SMS services

Not all mobile carriers may support the service.

12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

By participating in our SMS messaging services, you agree to resolve disputes individually and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

You waive the right to a jury trial for disputes relating to these SMS Terms and Conditions.

13. Miscellaneous

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have authority to agree to these Terms
  • Participation in SMS services does not violate any other agreement or obligation

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

KonnectHub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in SMS communications constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
